UK Food Hygiene Data is a simple tool that allows you to download food.gov food hygiene ratings data for a whole local authority. You can then analyse and use the information as you need. You can select to download a single local authority or all authorities, each will be saved as a separate file in your Downloads folder. The data can be saved in one of 3 formats CVS, JSON and XML the links below show examples of the output from the tool.
